Multi-session Programmes

Mark has worked in my schools for a number of years now. Through the structured CPD Mark put together, we have been able to focus on developing individuals and teams. A key driver has been developing mindsets within staff to enable both personal and professional growth. Through ongoing and highly engaging individual and team dialogues, colleagues have developed a clear understanding of the professional expectations placed upon them to be reflective practitioners. This has resulted in improvements in the quality of assessment, planning and learning that have resulted in year on year improvements in end of Key Stage outcomes.

Over the last seventeen years, Mark Burns has developed a proven track record in improving teaching and leadership in education. He’s co-authored two best-selling books in this field.  More recently, he has worked with FTSE100 retailer and third sector organisations, to develop the quality and impact of their learning and development programmes.

Through his work, he has developed a deep understanding of learning design and how to overcome the barriers to learning in organisations.
