Multi-session Programmes
Mark has worked in my schools for a number of years now. Through the structured CPD Mark put together, we have been able to focus on developing individuals and teams. A key driver has been developing mindsets within staff to enable both personal and professional growth. Through ongoing and highly engaging individual and team dialogues, colleagues have developed a clear understanding of the professional expectations placed upon them to be reflective practitioners. This has resulted in improvements in the quality of assessment, planning and learning that have resulted in year on year improvements in end of Key Stage outcomes.

It was fascinating to reflect on the behaviour or responses of the team including the sincerity with which they sought answers or reassurance, the self reflection and honest self appraisal… for XXXX, to admit that he is not as good a teacher as he used to be and articulate his relationship trust issues, or XXXX to question his effectiveness in relation to his own perception…. were big milestones. It has led to lots and lots of slow thinking and passing conversations or impromptu meetings with staff who were very appreciative of the training and wanted to talk, plus feedback to our Headmaster.
