Here is the recording of my session at ResearchEd Norwich on 20th June.
I was really looking forward to this event, as I attended the school, Notre Dame High School, that was the venue. Sadly, due to Covid, running the day as a traditional conference was impossible. However, the indefatigable folk at Norwich Research School decided to pivot the event online, and it was a huge success.
My session was exploring how to capitalise on the impact of collective teacher efficacy through building back better once schools re-emerged back in their traditional face-to-face guise.

ResearchEd Norwich Playlist
There were a whole host of great speakers on a wide range of topics. One of the benefits of the event being online, is that the sessions are available for asynchronous consumption. The full playlist is here
Can I also highly recommend the blogs and papers that Roger Higgins and Niki Kaiser at Norwich Research School produce on regular basis. Lots of fantastic, thought provoking ideas.
